These forged shafts are manufactured in various grades of steel, including SAE1541, SAE4140, and SAE4340. Our cardan shafts undergo dual hardening, including both hardened tempering and induction hardening, which enhances their strength through our state-of-the-art heat-treatment processes. We offer our esteemed customers a one-stop shop for cardan shafts, providing parts that are sold individually and assembled according to customer requirements. We currently have an installed capacity unit for manufacturing of approximately 240000 FRONT AXLES per annum.
