HYDRAULIC GLAND

One of the most critical components, a hydraulic gland is necessary for sealing and preventing fluid leakage in hydraulic systems. EAL maintains RA value to as low as 0.8 RA MAX in internal grooves. It seals the gap between moving parts, such as pistons and cylinders, and is essential for maintaining pressure and guaranteeing smooth operation. This keeps the hydraulic system from being contaminated and improves its longevity, dependability, and efficiency all of which make it an essential part of many mechanical and industrial applications. Often constructed of cast iron, cast steel, or other alloys of steel, hydraulic glands can have their seals machined both inside and externally. Currently supplied to forklift manufacturers for hydraulic cylinders, market applications include forklifts (supply warehousing) and construction.
